  • Ingredients

    Ng Fung Brand Akita Komachi Rice 1 bowl (big)

    Cheese strip to taste

    Egg 1 piece

    Bread crumb to taste

    Cooking oil to taste

  • Seasonings

    Black pepper to taste

    Tomato sauce to taste

    Salt to taste

Steps
  1. Beat the egg and set aside;

  2. Heat the frying pan, pour in rice, tomato sauce, black pepper, salt and stir well;

  3. Wash your hands and take a proper amount of rice and roll into a ball shape with a small hole in the middle;

  4. Put the cheese into the small hole, add rice and seal it;

  5. Pour cooking oil into a wok. When the oil becomes heat, dip the rice ball into egg sauce and bread crumbs, then deep fry until golden brown;

  6. Add thousand island dressing, honey mustard sauce or seaweed to serve according to personal preference.
